‘The myriad of greens, yellows and sepia tones in this one painting take me back to a lakeside woodland. There, backdropped by the soaring snowcapped mountains of the Mont Blanc Massif, footsteps rustling through the fallen leaves, I found it nestled amongst its fellow delicate skeletons.’

This original watercolour was lovingly and delicately created, layering up the paint over several hours using incredibly fine paintbrushes and a very steady hand. It was painted on A6 acid-free rough watercolour paper which has a textured surface.

Before being carefully packaged, this original watercolour painting will be titled, signed and stamped with the Alpine Tones Illustration logo. No mount or frame is included.
